Your statutory rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them. This is in addition to our 30-day guarantee.

How to return

• Email our team with your order number.
• Return items unused and, where possible, in their original packaging (hygiene items may be exempt once opened).
• Once received and checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
